Neil has over 25 years of experience working at a senior level in CX delivery, leading teams globally across locations such as Eastern Europe, Africa, India, the Philippines, the Caribbean and South America, garnering experience in fintech, foodtech, telco, travel and retail. 

He has held senior leadership roles for brands such as Apple, Sandals/Beaches Resorts, Office Depot/Viking and currently with Wave.com. 

Neil holds deep domain experience as a client, outsourcing for over 20 years. In the past decade, he has focused on leading and growing teams, including from Latin America and the Caribbean. 

As a dual national of Grenada and the UK, Neil can advocate for the benefits of business outsourcing to the nearshore and beyond.
