Amal Hassan is the Founder and CEO of  Outsource Global, Nigeria’s leading business  process outsourcing company, servicing countries in Africa, the US, UK and Japan.  

Driven by her passion to unlock Nigeria’s developmental potentials through technology-driven innovation and value addition, she has built, capitalized and restructured a series of technology-related businesses that have succeeded in developing talents and creating employment opportunities for young Nigerians.  

In 2013, she founded Outsource Global, where she currently leads a team of 1,500 staff across three locations in Nigeria. Outsource Global is a gender-balanced company with a focus on inclusion and empowerment, as 50% of its employees are women. The company is driven by a relentless vision to increase its staff strength to 6,000 by the year 2026. 

Amal’s entrepreneurial prowess and business acumen continue to set her apart as a highly regarded emerging business leader in Nigeria. In 2018, Amal was named one of the 16 women business leaders by Fortune-US Department of State Global Women’s Mentoring Partnership. She has also been recognized as one of Nigeria’s stars by the US Embassy and Consulate in Nigeria for her outstanding impact on nation-building. She was also inaugurated into the National Council for Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship by the President of Nigeria.
