Christopher Snyder VP of Engineering, Zego

Chris Snyder is the VP of Engineering at Zego, a Global Payments (GPN) company.

Chris brings decades of experience in both SaaS product engineering and nearshoring. He is motivated on a day-to-day basis by tackling complex strategic issues and difficult tactical implementations. He always likes to have multiple process improvement projects in the works at any given time and promotes grassroots engineering excellence where the teams help define what makes them perform at peak level.

During his years of experience in nearshoring, Chris has evolved from simple staff augmentation and contractors to utilizing nearshore teams for centers of excellence, bringing diverse new approaches to the onshore teams.

Zego is currently in the process of opening a captive development center in Mexico. Chris lives in San Diego with his family.
