Juan is a leader in Deloitte’s Strategy Practice. He partners with client executives to maximize the value of service delivery models, including third-party ecosystems, outsourcing, captive/shared services and AI-enabled operations.

Juan has built and managed procurement, sourcing/contingent workforce, tech operations and more than 10 captive centers in North America, LATAM, India, and Europe. He has also negotiated over US$30 billion in outsourcing contracts.

Juan is currently the lead for Deloitte’s global outsourcing survey, covering current and future trends of business service delivery models, such as global-in-house centers, third-party ecosystems and outsourcing.

He’s a proven advisor with a unique point of view as a result of his career as a banking and insurance executive, vendor and consulting advisor bringing incremental value to clients in their Build-Operate-Transform-Transfer and Capability Center’s journey.
